Transactional communications

Messaging Terms

Effective September 10, 2026

Program description

Current Field Services sends individual text messages concerning existing inquiries and scheduled vehicle-service appointments. Messages may include appointment confirmation requests, availability checks, estimated arrival times, on-the-way notices, access questions, and service-related follow-up.

Consent

Messages are sent only when a customer, vehicle representative, or authorized business client has provided the telephone number in connection with requested or scheduled service and consented to service-related contact. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the appointment and normally consists of a limited number of messages surrounding a service visit. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop further text messages from Current Field Services at that number. After an opt-out request, one confirmation message may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance or email nathan@currentfieldservices.com.

Permitted use

Current Field Services does not use this messaging program for cold outreach, purchased-list messaging, unsolicited bulk messages, or third-party marketing. Telephone numbers and messaging consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier availability

Delivery is subject to mobile-network availability and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and contact

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Questions about these terms may be sent to nathan@currentfieldservices.com.
